The Kremlin is likely celebrating the indictment of President Donald Trump’s former campaign manager and the guilty plea by another campaign adviser, according to former intelligence officials.

That’s because the news out of Washington on Monday plays directly into Moscow’s desire to sow chaos and distrust in the United States at home and abroad, they told The Cipher Brief.
