Sami Omari is an Afghan-born international relations, diplomatic, and policy consultant with extensive experience working alongside NATO, International Security Assistance Force, and the U.S. Department of State, including the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), as well as diplomatic missions on governance, conflict, and legal reform in fragile states.
