The Turkish government has vowed to crack down on terrorism, and specifically on Kurdish rebels, following an attack on a transit hub in Ankara. CNN reports that the attack resulted in 37 deaths and 125 injuries. At present no groups have claimed responsibility for the attack, but the government is likely to blame the PKK - a Kurdish rebel group. Immediately following the attack, Turkey began bombing PKK bases in Iraq. This attack is part of a larger campaign of suicide bombings that have struck Turkey is last few months, many of which were carried out by Kurdish groups.
