Dr. Douglas J. Davis
Douglas J. Davis, MD, PhD is a neuroradiologist, emergency radiologist, and Global Health Officer at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Since 2022, he has made nearly twenty humanitarian trips to Ukraine, traveling with medical delegations and U.S. special operations veterans to frontline trauma centers. He is co-founder of the Ukrainian Alliance for Medical Exchange and Development, a consortium of global NGOs and medical experts supporting Ukraine’s healthcare system.
