Rebel groups in Syria are claiming that the Syrian government, with Russian assistance, has been violating the ceasefire agreement. The BBC reports that the U.S. Secretary of State has announced that the reported violations will be thoroughly investigated. Russia has claimed that it only attacked legitimate terrorist targets, such as ISIS and the al-Nusra Front. Despite the potential violations, the cessation of hostilities appears to be holding steady for now, and that is allowing more international aid to reach the people of Syria.
