German spy agency says ISIS sending fighters disguised as refugees

The head of Germany’s domestic intelligence agency has announced that the Islamic State is sending fighters into Europe disguised as refugees. Reuters reports that the announcement came the day after Germany’s security forces arrested two men who are suspected of planning a terror attack in Berlin. This announcement will likely serve to escalate tensions in Europe about how to handle the large number of refugees fleeing from violence in the Middle East.
