The Russian government has denied any involvement in the four missile attacks that struck hospitals and schools in Syria and killed approximately 50 people. CNN reports that Turkey, Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF), and others have all alleged that the attacks were deliberate and carried out by either the Assad regime or Russia. Attacks against hospitals and schools could be considered war crimes, according to the U.N. Russia is denying its involvement, and the Syrian ambassador to Russia has accused the U.S. of carrying out the missile strikes, which the U.S. has also denied.
