NATO overcomes Greek-Turkish tension to set terms of Aegean mission

NATO has reached an agreement with Turkey and Greece in regards to how its mission to stop human smuggling in the Aegean Sea will work. Reuters reports that Greek and Turkish forces will stay in their own territorial waters, and NATO forces will relay reconnaissance to both of them. Additionally, any refugees coming from Turkey who are stopped in Greek waters will be returned to Turkey. The specifics of them mission are still being finalized, but the goal is to have it operational by March 7.
