The Digital Equilibrium Project, a collection of former government officials, technology experts and privacy advocates, will work to find a balance between privacy and national security concerns. Coming on the heels of Apple's refusal to facilitate the FBI accessing the phone of the San Bernardino shooter, this coalition will seek to find a middle ground.
