His book, The Perfect Weapon: War, Sabotage and Fear in the Cyber Age, examines the emergence of cyber conflict is changing the nature of global power.  His latest book releasing in April is New Cold Wars: China’s Rise, Russia’s Invasion and America’s Struggle to Defend the West.
