TELEGRAM FOUNDER GIVES MOSCOW THE BIRD – Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) announced today it has charged Telegram founder Pavel Durov with facilitating terrorist activity, for allegedly allowing Ukraine to use his popular messaging app to recruit Russians to mount attacks inside Russia.
