Teresa Shea spent thirty-two years at the National Security Agency (NSA) holding key leadership assignments including serving as Director of Signals Intelligence. Shea previously worked at In-Q-Tel as Executive Vice President of Technology and director of Cyber-Reboot. Shea is former Vice President of Cyber Offense and Defense Experts (CODEX) for Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS).
