Associate Director of Research and Analysis for Intelligence, Special Competitive Studies Project
Meaghan Waff serves the Special Competitive Studies Project as an Associate Director of Research and Analysis for Intelligence. Prior to SCSP, Meaghan attended the Fletcher School at Tufts University to pursue an MA in Law and Diplomacy. Meaghan has worked under the Malaysian-American Commission on Educational Exchange, U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Economic Development Administration.
