Mr. William O'Hara is the senior China planner in the J5 Directorate (Strategy, Plans, and Policy) at U.S. Special Operations Command. He has served primarily in the US intelligence community as an intelligence analyst and planner focusing on China. He has undergraduate degrees in History and International Affairs from the University of Georgia and a Master's of Strategic Intelligence with an emphasis on China from National Intelligence University.
