Tom Lyons is a former senior Operations Officer with CIA. He has more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. government and the private sector, focused on counterterrorism and China-related issues. He left government in 2021, to help found the 2430 Group, a non-profit, non-partisan research institution that focuses on state-sponsored espionage against Western businesses.
