
Philip Reynolds
Lecturer and Visiting Scholar at the Center for Futures Studies
Phil retired from the U.S Army in 2018, having worked extensively in Central and Southeast Asia, and Africa. He was a principal policy analyst to the Pacific Command on security cooperation activities in Singapore and Malaysia and directed the land based Humanitarian Demining program in Vietnam and Sri Lanka. He has a degree in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School and a PhD in Global Politics from the University of Hawaii. Phil is the author of Ouroboros: Understanding the War Machine of Liberalism. He is currently a Lecturer and Visiting Scholar at the Center for Futures Studies.
