Philip R. Reitinger is the President & CEO of the Global Cyber Alliance, a non-profit organization headquartered in New York and London and dedicated to implementing solutions to systemic cyber risks and measuring the effect. On March 11, 2009, Reitinger was appointed by U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano to serve as the Deputy Under Secretary for the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD). On June 1, 2009 Reitinger also became the Director of the National Cybersecurity Center (NCSC).
