Joshua Huminski is the Director of the Mike Rogers Center for Intelligence & Global Affairs at the Center for the Study of the Presidency & Congress (CSPC). Joshua co-chairs the Center’s Strategic Competition Program, which explores how conflict with Russia and China will unfold in military and foreign policy arenas, as well as in the information, technology, economic, and intelligence domains.
