General (Ret.) Mike “Mini” Minihan served 34 years in the U.S. Air Force, finishing his service as commander of air mobility command. He spearheaded efforts to establish a digital backbone for mobility forces — enhancing connectivity, accelerating artificial intelligence integration, and operationalizing data-driven decision advantage across command, control, and warfighting functions. Minihan now advises across defense and technology sectors and serves on the board of advisors for the Foundation for Defense of Democracies’ (FDD’s) Center for Cyber and Technology Innovation (CCTI).
