Former Targeting and Technology Manager, CIA
Eric Washabaugh served as a targeting and technology manager at the Central Intelligence Agency between 2006 and 2019. He led multiple inter-agency and multi-disciplinary targeting teams focused on al-Qa’ida, ISIS, and al-Shabaab at CIA’s Counterterrorism Center (CTC). Washabaugh also led cross-functional technology teams to bring online new technical and machine learning capabilities to advance the counterterrorism mission.
He is currently the Vice President of Mission Success at Anno.Ai, where he oversees multiple machine learning-focused development efforts across the government space.
