Dr. Beason is the former Chief Scientist of Air Force Space Command and Associate Laboratory Director of Los Alamos National Laboratory. A retired USAF Colonel, he commanded a research site responsible for developing DE weapons. The author of 15 books and over 100 articles, he authored The E-Bomb: How America’s New Directed Energy Weapons Will Change the Way Future Wars Will Be Fought, published by Da Capo Press in 2005.
