Blocker is Founder of DMB Consulting Services. He is a career intelligence officer with 15 field assignments over 32 years as a USAF analyst and a CIA operative (28 years); with time spent in Africa, Asia, Europe, Central America and Pakistan and four domestic assignments in the United States.
