Andrea Montanino is the Director of the Atlantic Council's Global Business and Economics Program. He leads the Council’s work on global trade, growth, and finance. He formerly acted as Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund, representing the governments of Italy, Albania, Greece, Malta, Portugal, and San Marino.
