Alex Bolling

Alex Bolling served 28 years in the CIA's Directorate of Operations as Chief of Station and Deputy Chief of Station in several war zones in the Middle East, North Africa and Southwest Asia. He was Chief of Operations of the CIA's Information Operations Center (IOC) where he was responsible for orchestrating multi-disciplined offensive cyber collection against counterterrorist, counter proliferation and counterintelligence targets. Thoughout his career, Bolling planned, managed and executed numerous covert action and intelligence collection operations and worked closely with numerous executive and legislative national security organizations. He is the recipient of the CIA's Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal, Intelligence Commendation Medal and the Intelligence Star. He is now executive director of Thorne Security Group.
