Toby Dershowitz
Toby is a senior advisor at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. She launched and with her team grew FDD’s sister organization, FDD Action, which works with Congress to advance policies that safeguard America’s national security and strengthen U.S. global leadership. As managing director, she oversaw the organization’s vision, staff, and programs. She previously served as senior vice president for government relations and strategy for FDD. Throughout her professional career, she has focused on media policy, terrorism, cyber security, sanctions, the Middle East, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and illicit networks in Latin America. She has been published in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Hill, RealClearWorld, RealClearDefense, Real Clear Investigations, Arab News, Moneylaundering.com, JTA, JNS, Business Insider, Forbes, The National Interest, and Infobae, and quoted in numerous other publications.<
