
Phillip Consentino
Phillip Consentino recently retired from the CIA after a 25 year career in the Directorate of Analysis. He served as a counterterrorism analyst focused on South Asia in the decade following the September 11th attacks, including earning recognition for war-zone service. Phillip served as the managing editor of the President's Daily Brief from 2019-2022. He has been a visiting professor at Middlebury College where he taught about the intersection of intelligence analysis and national security policymaking and is currently writing a book about how senior national security officials use analysis in decision making.
