Kevin P. Gallagher is a Professor of Global Development Policy at the Pardee School for Global Studies at Boston University, where he co-directs the Global Economic Governance Initiative. He is the author of a new book with Oxford University Press - The China Triangle: Latin America's China Boom and the Fate of the Washington Consensus.
