Former Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division, FBI
Alan Kohler retired from the FBI in 2023 after a 27-year career dedicated to counterintelligence and national security matters. His executive positions included Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division, Acting Executive Assistant Director of the National Security Branch, and Special Agent in Charge of the Washington Field Office’s Counterintelligence Division. Previously, he was posted in the U.S Embassy in London as the Bureau’s liaison to British intelligence and law enforcement. Alan currently serves as the President of Pamir Consulting.
