Raymond Kelly
Former Police Commissioner, City of New York

A 43-year veteran of the NYPD, Raymond W. Kelly is the former police commissioner of the City of New York.  Serving for 14 years, Kelly is the longest serving police commissioner in the city’s history, and the first to hold the post for a second, separate tenure. In 2002, Kelly created the first counterterrorism bureau of any municipal police department in the country and established a global intelligence program, stationing detectives in 11 foreign cities.  He is currently the Vice Chair at K2 Intelligence and the author of Vigilance: My Life Serving America and Protecting Its Empire City.
