Douglas Farah is the President of IBI Consultants and a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the National Defense University's Center for Complex Operations, where he specializes in strategic challenges from Latin America. For two decades, he was a foreign correspondent and investigative reporter for the Washington Post covering Latin America and West Africa. He is also a Senior Associate at the Americas Program at CSIS.
